2. Safe & Inclusive Environment

• No harassment, hate speech, or threats of violence.
• No discrimination based on protected characteristics.
• No bullying, intimidation, or personal attacks.
• No sexual exploitation or predatory behavior; keep Netcade safe for users 13+.

3. Allowed & Prohibited Content

• No illegal activity or content.
• No copyrighted material without rights/permission.
• No malware, exploits, or harmful software.
• No spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive practices.
• No doxxing, sharing private info, or inciting harm.
• No extreme graphic violence or shock content.
• Gambling with real money must be clearly legal and compliant in all jurisdictions.
• Mark mature content appropriately and follow applicable laws.

4. Behavior & Conduct

• Don’t manipulate ratings, reviews, discovery, or ad systems.
• No cheating, hacking, or disrupting others’ experiences.
• No attempts to evade bans or moderation actions.

5. Reporting Violations

• Report issues via built-in tools or email [email protected].
• Reports are reviewed by staff; abuse of reporting tools may itself be a violation.

6. Enforcement & Appeals

• Actions may include content removal, warnings, suspensions, bans, or loss of privileges/earnings.
• Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent bans and forfeiture of related earnings.

7. Updates to Guidelines

• Guidelines may be updated at any time; major changes will be announced.
• Continued use of the platform means you accept updates.
