LegalNetcade respects copyright law and expects all users to upload only content they have the rights to. This policy explains how we handle copyright complaints and protect creators and rights holders.
Important: Uploading copyrighted material without authorization is prohibited. Violations may lead to content removal,
loss of earnings, and account suspension.
1. Copyright Policy Overview
- You must own or have proper rights to the content you upload to Netcade.
- We respond promptly to valid copyright complaints and DMCA notices.
- Infringing content may be removed and associated earnings withheld or reclaimed.
2. Content Ownership & Rights
- You retain ownership of your original works uploaded to Netcade.
- By uploading, you grant Netcade a license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
- You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe others’ rights and for obtaining any required permissions.
3. DMCA Takedown Process
If you believe your copyrighted work appears on Netcade without permission, send a DMCA notice containing:
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on Netcade.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Important: Submitting false or abusive notices may lead to account termination.
4. Counter-Notice Process
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or you have authorization, you may file a counter-notice including:
- Your name and contact information.
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts (e.g., federal court in your district if in the U.S.).
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices are reviewed promptly. Content may be restored if no legal action is initiated within 10 business days.
5. Repeat Infringers
- Accounts with multiple or severe violations may be suspended or permanently banned.
- Netcade may withhold, freeze, or reclaim earnings from infringing content, including after payout.
6. Copyright & Earnings
- Earnings related to infringing content may be frozen or reclaimed.
- Payouts may be delayed up to 30 days while disputes are investigated.
- Uploading unauthorized content may result in permanent forfeiture of related revenue.
