On the login screen, click Forgot Password? and enter your email. Follow the reset link we send you — and if it doesn't arrive within a couple of minutes, check your spam folder.

Yes. Playing free content costs nothing. Creators set their own prices for paid games, videos, and music, and an optional membership unlocks premium perks — current pricing is shown on the membership page.

Web games play instantly in your browser — just hit Play on the game page. Bigger downloadable builds install through the Netcade Client, our desktop app, and launch from your library.

Click Add to Library (or favorite) on anything you want to keep. Everything you've purchased, favorited, or saved lives in My Library for instant access on any device you sign in from.

Yes — after at least 5 minutes of playtime on a game you can rate and review it. The playtime rule keeps reviews grounded in actual play and fair to creators.

Open the Creator Dashboard and click Upload. The wizard walks you through files, cover art, pricing (free or paid), and details. Uploads are chunked and resumable — if your connection drops or the browser closes mid-upload, come back, re-pick the same file, and it continues where it left off.

Games are reviewed by the Netcade team before they become publicly playable — usually quickly. Videos and music publish automatically once processing finishes. Everything remains subject to the content rules in our Terms.

Netcade takes $0 from your sales. You receive the sale price net of standard payment-processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ per sale), which go to the card networks — not to us. Example: on a $10 sale you receive $9.41; on a $20 sale, $19.12.

Ad revenue earned by your content is shared 90/10 (ads carry their own infrastructure costs). Sales, ad earnings, and balances are tracked live in your Creator Dashboard.

Why so generous? Our model is deliberately simple: Netcade's profit comes from memberships, not from creators. We grow when you grow.

Earnings accrue to your Netcade wallet. In the dashboard's Earnings tab, complete identity verification (KYC) once — handled securely by our payout partner Trolley — then request a payout whenever your balance is at least $10. Your sensitive banking details go to Trolley directly, never to Netcade.

Earnings on newly uploaded content can be held up to 30 days while copyright review and dispute windows pass, and refunded or disputed sales reverse the matching earning. This protects buyers and legitimate creators alike — details in the Terms.

If a buyer is refunded, that sale's earning is reversed from your wallet — nothing more. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and never touch your unrelated income.
